• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
• Standard shipping charges apply on other orders

Thread Sutra is not liable for delays caused by:

• Natural calamities
• Public holidays
• Incorrect shipping details provided by customer

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

After multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
