1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned/exchanged:
- Innerwear / lingerie / panties
- Bodysuits / shapewear worn on skin
- Used / washed / damaged items
- Products without original tags/packaging
3. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- Size issues
- Damaged/defective items
- Incorrect item received
4. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated after quality inspection of returned items.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.
5. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share order number and unboxing photos/videos
6. Return Shipping
- If return is due to our error: We bear shipping cost
- For voluntary returns/exchanges: Customer may bear shipping charges
