1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned/exchanged:

  • Innerwear / lingerie / panties
  • Bodysuits / shapewear worn on skin
  • Used / washed / damaged items
  • Products without original tags/packaging

3. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged/defective items
  • Incorrect item received

4. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated after quality inspection of returned items.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share order number and unboxing photos/videos

6. Return Shipping

  • If return is due to our error: We bear shipping cost
  • For voluntary returns/exchanges: Customer may bear shipping charges
